Car rental Zermatt is car-free, but two companies rent cars from (and allow drop-offs in) Täsch, the last village accessible on four wheels: Avis, Garage St Christophe, Täsch (027/967 35 35); Hertz, Garage Alphubel, Täsch (027/967 45 49).
